  • Our website provides information, online ordering, shop sales (including alcohol and merchandise), and catering enquiry services.
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All orders must be placed online via our website.
  • Payment is accepted via Stripe (credit/debit card). No cash on delivery.
  • Orders are confirmed only when full payment is received.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

3. Alcohol Sales & Delivery

  • Alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, persons aged 18 or over.
  • We operate Challenge 25. You may be asked for valid photo ID (passport, UK driving licence, PASS card) at delivery. Failure to provide ID will result in no delivery and a refund minus delivery fee.
  • Alcohol deliveries are only made to residential or business addresses. We do not deliver to public places, PO boxes, or parcel lockers.
  • Minimum order value for alcohol delivery is £30. Standard delivery fee is £4.99. Orders over £99 qualify for free delivery (mainland UK).
  • Standard delivery time is 1–3 working days, within licensed hours (typically 10:00–22:00). Deliveries outside our local area may be subject to surcharges or restrictions.
  • If the recipient is not home or underage, the order will be returned and a refund will be processed minus delivery charges.
  • Jerkiz and our couriers reserve the right to refuse delivery if intoxication or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. Catering & Events

  • All catering packages must be booked via enquiry form or direct contact.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your date.
  • Full payment and final menu choices must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Dietary requirements must be stated clearly at booking. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.

5. Menu & Product Information

  • All menu descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Images are for illustration only.
  • We strive to ensure all allergen and ingredient information is accurate, but cross-contamination is possible.
  • Please notify us of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Alcohol and perishable food items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or delivered in error.
  • For alcohol deliveries, if ID is not provided or delivery fails, a refund will be processed minus delivery charges.
  • For merchandise or non-perishable items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations.
  • Catering deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Website Usage

  • You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
  • All content, images, and branding are property of Jerkiz unless otherwise stated.

  • Jerkiz is not liable for any losses, damages, or injury arising from misuse of our products or website, or for events outside our control.
